Terms of Use

• All products available under Wonderchef Renewed are completely unused/new products. Each Renewed product undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our functionality standards. The functional condition of all Wonderchef Renewed products is excellent, though their aesthetic condition may vary with a few barely visible scratches and small dents.
• All Wonderchef Renewed products are covered by a 1-year (twelve-month) warranty against any manufacturing defects that may arise during this period. The Renewed purchase invoice and warranty card need to be shown to the service partner to claim warranty. Renewed products are not eligble for extended warranty or cash refund.
• If a Renewed product exhibits a manufacturing defect affecting its functionality or performance, servicing will be provided under warranty. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement (of the same or comparable Wonderchef Renewed product) will be provided.
• Please note that replacement requests solely for aesthetic reasons will not be considered. Servicing for a Renewed product can only be claimed if the product's purchase invoice and accompanying warranty card are shown. The product's replacement will be dispatched once the faulty product has been picked up.
• In the case that a non-functional Renewed product's replacement or spare parts are not available, we will offer a similar product as a replacement. If this product is not suitable for the customer, we'll provide them with store credit that they can use to purchase any other product from our site. Cash refunds will not be offered in this case.
• The product will come as mentioned in the Renewed listing description. Any associated additional accessories with cookware can be bought separately. Please note that Renewed products may be delivered in a gift box or in a recycled paper brown box under our sustainability initiative.
• Products will be provided as per the listed size specifications. Renewed Appliances are available in different colours, but the colour of Renewed Cookware will vary based on availability.
• On purchase of any Renewed product, customer will not earn any Wonderpoints. However, customer can redeem his/her wonderpoints during the purchase of any Renewed product during checkout.
• Please note that a shipping fee of ₹ 99 will apply if cart value is less than ₹ 800.
• Discounts up to 70% on MRP are offered under the Renewed Program.
