Wonderchef Next Day Delivery (NDD) – Terms & Conditions

At Wonderchef, we understand that you want your premium cookware delivered as quickly as possible. For eligible locations, we offer a Next Day Delivery (NDD) service. By selecting or qualifying for Next Day Delivery at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Pincode Coverage

  • Serviceable Areas: Next Day Delivery is not available nationwide. It is exclusively available for select priority pincodes.
  • Real-Time Verification: Eligibility is determined dynamically at checkout or on the product page based on the delivery pincode provided. If your pincode is not within our NDD network, standard delivery timelines (Turnaround Time/TAT) will apply.

2. Order Cut-Off Times

All delivery calculations are strictly based on Indian Standard Time (IST).

  • Before 1:00 PM IST: Orders placed on a working day before 1:00 PM IST will be processed the same day, with delivery expected on the next working day.
  • At or After 1:00 PM IST: Orders placed at or after 1:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day, adding one additional working day to the expected delivery date.

3. Working Days & Non-Working Days

Our fulfillment centers and logistics partners operate on a specific weekly schedule.

  • Working Days: Monday through Saturday are considered working days.
  • Non-Working Days: Sundays and officially declared Public Holidays are non-working days.
  • Note: Public Holidays are determined by Wonderchef’s operational calendar and may include national and regional holidays.

4. Weekend & Holiday Processing Rules

To ensure transparency, order processing during weekends and holidays is governed by the following rules:

  • The Saturday Afternoon Rule: Saturday is a working day; however, orders placed at or after 1:00 PM IST on Saturday will be processed on Monday (or the next available working day).
  • Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders placed at any time on a Sunday or a Public Holiday cannot be processed that day. These orders will be treated as if they were received before 1:00 PM IST on the next available working day.
    • Example: An order placed at 10:00 AM on Sunday will be processed on Monday morning, with delivery expected on Tuesday.

5. Unforeseen Delays (Force Majeure)

While we strive to maintain a 100% success rate for our Next Day Delivery promise, delivery dates are estimates and not legally binding guarantees. Wonderchef is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Unanticipated traffic congestion, road closures, or vehicular breakdowns.
  • Strikes, localized curfews, or logistical disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Unavailability of the customer to receive the package at the time of delivery.

6. Order Modifications

  • Any changes made to an order after it has been placed (e.g., updating the delivery address, modifying the product color, or adding items) will reset the processing time.
  • If a modification is made after the 1:00 PM IST daily cutoff, the revised order will be processed on the following working day.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty Claims

  • The Next Day Delivery timeline applies exclusively to new purchases.
  • Orders dispatched as part of an exchange, replacement, or warranty claim are subject to standard delivery timelines and do not automatically qualify for expedited NDD processing.
