Cleaning and care

• Unplug it and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes after use before cleaning.
• Wipe the plates with a soft, damp cloth. For sticky cheese residue, a paper towel pressed on while the plates are still warm (not hot) lifts it off cleanly.
• No steel wool, no scrubbing pads, no sharp knives on the plates. The non-stick coating is what makes the appliance worth ₹1,699 — keep it intact.
• Wipe the body with a dry cloth only. The body is not waterproof.
• Never put the appliance under a running tap or submerge it in water.
