very bad product

This is with reference to my order Order WDCN150770 placed on nov 30.
Within 2 months of use, the black stand have turned white .The quality of product is very poor product , would not recommend anyone to buy this product.customer service is also very pathetic .i had registered a complain on jan 9 complain id HR09022001001 the complain was registered , but there was no visit of any technician and the complain was closed on its own.very poor service and very bad quality product never expected this from Wonderchef
